Bay Hills has partnered with Rich for many years. Through his work with SOS International, he successfully trains thousands of Christian Leaders, each year, throughout Asia and Africa. This mission allows them to be led by Rich, then for them to go lead effective ministries in the field.

Missions Directors, Tristan & Elizabeth Mohagen, of "El Ayudante" in Honduras, disciple to the community they live in to bring hope and meet their needs through humanitarian and spiritual aid.

Kelly Kosky has been a partner of Bay Hills for many years. He is stationed in South Africa, where he ministers to the Xhosa people. There he runs an AIDS clinic, a children's shelter, and a Bible college. 

Through their hard work at Vision Faith Ministry, DeLloyd and Lanie provide spiritual and academic training to children. They also provide biblical teaching for adults, along with food clothing and medical aid as outreach to the community.

This program supports 19 organizations that all care for the
marginalized, from the homeless to the exploited.
